Veteran actor Fasasi Olabanke popularly known as Dagunro or Alagija Ogun is dead. The Nollywood actor was said to have died during the early hours of Thursday, June 13, 2019.
The actor passed away in the morning. The Osogbo-born act known for the traditional roles he played in Yoruba-speaking movies have been mourned by many.
Several colleagues of his shared posts confirming his death. In several ways, they mourned his passing away.
Actor, Adekola Tijani aka ‘Kamilu Kompo’, broke the news of the death of the veteran actor via his IG page, saying;
‘gone too soon boss! May your soul rest in peace. Love you boss but God loves you most. Dagunro Alajiga Ogun. RIP’.
