Mr. Ibu’s daughter and son arrested in Lagos over alleged plans to travel abroad with money donated to assist ailing father
Mr Ibu’s adopted daughter, Jasmine Okeke, and Mr Ibu’s Son have both been arrested and detained at Alagbon Police Station, Lagos, for alleged fraud.
Reports have it that Jasmine is about flying abroad with over N300 million donated to assist ailing Mr Ibu.
According to the report, the duo withdrew the said amount out of the donations account meant for the actor. It was made known that they have been detained at Alagbon police station.
Also, it was stated that the actor’s wife allegedly planned to buy herself a new house with the money before the son and adopted daughter outsmarted her.
There have been several crisis within Ibu’s family following the donations received from the actor’s well-wishers. He cried out some months back about his illness and received massive support from Nigerians. His leg has however been amputated to keep him alive.
Mr. Ibu’s wife and his adopted daughter, Jasmine have been dragging each other on the social media and laying several accusations against themselves since the actor got ill.
