Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has joined Iyabo Ojo to mock their colleague, Lizzy Anjorin over theft allegations.
News reported hours ago that Lizzy was accused of defrauding a vendor at the Lagos Island market some months back.
Videos making rounds online showed the Yoruba star being embroiled in a gold jewelry theft on Lagos Island. According to reports online, Lizzy visited a renowned market in Lagos on November 17, 2023, and patronized a vendor selling Stones for tailoring materials, which summed up to N91,000.
Due to miscommunication between the POS merchant and Lizzy Anjorin, Lizzy sent the money to the wrong account number, due to an error in the numbers. Because of her celebrity status, the vendor trusted Anjorin and allowed her to leave without confirming the payment, only to discover that the transaction wasn’t successful.
Fast forward to now, Lizzy patronized the same market and the same vendor and she was easily recognized despite concealing her identity with a nose mask. Drama unfolded after the vendor spotted her as the individual responsible for unresolved payment. Luckily for her, her husband was on ground to bail her out of the messy situation.
Lizzy Anjorin, took to her Instagram Live to debunk the reports as she stated that people were trying to set her up.
Reacting to it, Nkechi took to Iyabo’s comment section to question who was trying to set Lizzy up.
She wrote, “Which one of you set up people today in the market”.
Bakare Zainab, under her comment, left several laughing emojis.
Earlier on, Iyabo Ojo, who is at loggerheads with Lizzy took to her Instagram page to mock her. She shared a video of her living her best life and in another post, she shared a clip of an animated object dancing as she captioned it with several laughing emojis. The timing of the posts with the news of Lizzy’s theft allegations isn’t a coincidence.
It is no longer news that Iyabo and Lizzy have been at loggerheads for years and have filthily dragged each other on social media.
Recall that some months back, Ojo and Anjorin had resorted to their respective social media platforms to shade each other consistently.
Iyabo Ojo had shared a video where she was mimicking and mocking Lizzy humorously. Lizzy, obviously offended by this went on to reveal some intimate details about Iyabo, accusing her of promiscuity. She even went as far as revealing that Iyabo had even engaged in a threesome with a rich politician and was the brain behind Gistlover.
Following the allegation, Iyabo threatened legal action against Lizzy for defaming her in public and was demanding N500 million.
In a recent update to their fight, a few days back, Iyabo had thrown shade at Lizzy after they met up on a flight and Lizzy was left ashamed.
Iyabo via her Instagram page revealed that she was surprised to see Lizzy in economy class despite all her braggings, while she flew Business Class. Iyabo claimed that Lizzy hid her face when she saw her and this made her friends and colleagues like Nkechi Blessing, and Tonto Dikeh made mockery of Anjorin.
To settle the dispute, Iyabo’s lover, Paulo Okoye had called for a boxing fight between the two and promised to give the winner N10m.
